Not just a seat with a back, but a considered object — floating, wrapping, arcing, or sculpted into forms that hold their own when the chair is empty and the room is quiet. Every chair in this collection pairs a solid walnut-toned wood frame with cream teddy bouclé upholstery, and every design has a distinct structural logic that makes it different from every other chair in the range.

Backrest Forms

Each chair in this collection has a backrest that is designed as a specific form — not a generic upholstered panel. The collection includes a floating oval, a semicircular wrap, a crescent arc, a horizontal cylinder, two stacked tubes, a low wide bar, and a full wrap-around shell. Each form has a different relationship to the frame, the seat, and the sitter.

Frame Details

Every frame is solid walnut-toned wood. Some chairs have open armrests — curved rails, T-end handles, or triangular cutout panels. Some have no armrests at all. Some have splayed tapered legs. Some have vertical cylinder legs. One has a single central post connecting the backrest to the seat. The frame details are as considered as the backrest form.

Upholstery

All chairs in this collection are upholstered in cream teddy bouclé — a dense, looped fabric that is soft to the touch and warm in appearance.
