The base is a petal-form pedestal — three or four wide, rounded walnut-toned panels radiating outward from a central point, each panel curved like a flower petal or an open shell. The panels are solid and substantial in cross-section, with smooth rounded edges and a matte walnut finish. The gaps between the petals are open, allowing the floor to be visible through the base. From the side, the base reads as an organic sculptural form. From above, the petals radiate symmetrically beneath the oval stone surface.

The chairs are a bean-back design: the backrest is a single rounded kidney or bean shape, generously padded and upholstered in cream teddy bouclé fabric — the kind of fabric that is soft to the touch and visually warm.
