Every other bed has a flat headboard. This one has a bolster. The Bay Furniture Bolster Headboard Boucle Bed replaces the conventional upholstered panel with a full-width cylindrical roll — a single, oversized bolster in cream boucle that spans the entire width of the bed, its circular ends visible from the side, a thin leather strap wrapping its middle like a detail borrowed from a luxury travel bag.

The rest of the frame follows the same logic: low, rounded, and wrapped entirely in cream boucle, with four short square legs in natural wood tone that sit close to the floor. The result is a bed that feels as much like a piece of soft furnishing as it does a furniture frame — warm, tactile, and completely unlike anything else in the room.
