The Bay Furniture Rocking Boucle Chaise Lounge is a full-length reclining form — a single flowing surface that rises at the head, curves through the seat, and extends to a footrest — all held within a solid walnut-toned wood frame that rocks on two wide curved runners.

The base is where the craftsmanship is most visible. Two large circular arcs meet the floor as rockers, and where they connect to the frame, the wood is carved into a Y-shaped junction — a structural detail that is also the most photographed part of the piece. The grain runs through every curve without interruption, which is what solid wood joinery at this level looks like.

The entire surface is upholstered in cream boucle, with a separate matching lumbar cushion included. It rocks with the kind of smooth, controlled motion that comes from a well-balanced frame, not a lightweight one.
